MY ROOF APPEARS LOW, CAN I USE IT?
If storage is your requirement, about 1100mm high will do the job.
IS MY ROOF STRONG ENOUGH?
No, we configure it to comply with all requirements.
MY ROOF IS FULL OF CRISSCROSS BEAMS, HOW WILL I WALK AROUND?
We reconfigure the roof trusses by adding extra strength where needed. We call it roof surgery.
WILL I HAVE TO MOVE OUT WHILE YOU BUILD?
No. We are in and out within a day or two; only the room we’re working in would need to be cleared. This is purely for your own safety.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
In most cases we complete a folding ladder and packing space in one day.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY EXISTING PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL PIPES?
Cross bracing supports get fixed to your existing trusses. This raises the floor boards above the existing plumbing and electrical. Then the floor boards get screwed down so that you can unscrew them for future access to the plumbing and electrical.
